CurtainUp Contributor Macey Levin A former educator who was named New York State Theatre Educator of the Year in 1983, Macey Levin has been the artistic director at two theatres on Long Island where he directed more than thirty-five major productions, receivng highly positive reviews in The New York Times, Newsday and Backstage. He has written for a number of regional newspapers in Connecticut, New York State and the Berkshires and also lectures on theatre history and criticism for Elderhostels and at C.W. Post University.
